Laura Dillabaugh Counseling LLC

I am passionate about helping people navigate interpersonal/relationship issues, life transitions, grief/loss, and pregnancy/postpartum stresses. I work as well with the military population on issues related to deployment and marriage/ relationships, and I also love walking alongside clients as they achieve personal growth. My counseling approach is nondirective; I will meet you in a nonjudgmental way, listen to what you would like help with, and work with you to set realistic and attainable goals. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you restructure any unhelpful/untrue thoughts that you may be having. You may be surprised to learn that we will use humor in our sessions too! And we have two more clinicians, Mark and Nicole, who have current openings with many of the same specialties that you see listed here.
